5. Shipping
Free shipping in Italy for orders starting from €89
For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €5
Deliveries are made by BRT courier within 24/48 working hours from dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to causes not attributable to Artsupermoney.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

7. Return Conditions
The return will be accepted only if:
- The product is intact, unused, and in perfect condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
- It shows no signs of use or damage

Shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.

12. Limitation of Liability for Decorations
Products featuring rhinestones, studs, or manual applications are considered "delicate garments." Any damage or detachment of decorative elements caused by incorrect maintenance (including, but not limited to, machine washing, spinning, or the use of aggressive detergents) will not be considered manufacturing defects and will not entitle the customer to replacement or refund.
